As the leaves change colors and the days get shorter, another fall tradition continues. On October 23, all choirs and bands of Lindblom came together for one event: the 2014 Fall Fine Arts Concert. From the beginners to the varsity, each ensemble performed their very own musical selection that they’ve been preparing since the beginning of school.
Some of the musical pieces included “Lacrymosa” performed by the Varsity Singers, “Odyssey For Percussion” performed by the Advanced Band, and “Summertime” performed by the Concert Choir.
Concert coordinators Ms. Boudreau and Mr. Fuess were very excited about the performance. In the days leading up to the concert, Mr. Fuess said, “It’s going to be a wonderful first concert of the year. And in less than two months, the ensembles have made excellent progress.”
Senior Liliana Zavala, a member of the Varsity Singers, also said, “I think we’re making good progress with the songs, and I’m really excited for it.”
